thewineplanner.ro presents The Wine Planner services: guided wine tastings, private evenings, private dinners, celebrations and corporate or brand events, created and hosted by Roxana Moroianu, sommelier and event planner, at Vila Oro in Santa Maria Bay, Constanța, or at a venue chosen by the client.

The information on the site is for presentation purposes. Every experience is built to order, so the specifics, including the price, are set out in a written, individual proposal.

Submitting the contact form is a request for a proposal, not a booking and not a contract. It carries no payment obligation.

After we receive your request we reply by email with follow-up questions and, where relevant, a proposed format and price. A booking is confirmed only once both parties have accepted the proposal in writing and, where the proposal requires it, the deposit has been paid.

Payment terms, confirmation deadlines, the policy for changing the date or the number of guests, and cancellation conditions, including any non-refundable deposits, are set out in the written proposal you receive for each event and take precedence over the general information on this site.

We may decline a request or cancel a booking for objective reasons, such as the venue being unavailable or force majeure. In that case any amounts paid in advance are refunded in full.

The Wine Planner experiences involve tasting alcoholic beverages and are intended only for people aged 18 or over. By sending a request you confirm that you are at least 18, and the event organiser is responsible for guests meeting this condition.

We encourage moderate, responsible drinking. The host may decline to serve anyone visibly affected by alcohol and recommends arranging transport for the end of the evening.

The texts, photographs, video clips, The Wine Planner logo and the structure of this site are protected by copyright law and belong to The Wine Planner or are used with their authors' permission. Reproducing or using them for any purpose other than browsing the site requires our written consent.

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site, nor for the content of external pages we link to, such as our Instagram account.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above. Proposals already accepted remain governed by the terms in force on the date of acceptance.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably first; write to us at the email address above.

If you are a consumer you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The competent courts are those of Romania.
