Privacy policy

Through the contact form we collect the data you give us: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the type of event, the date or period you have in mind, the number of guests and your message. We do not ask for, or need, anything else.

When you visit the site, the servers hosting it automatically record ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in logs used for security and operation. The traffic statistics we use are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.

We use the form data to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we go ahead, organise the event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, later, performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We process technical data in our legitimate interest of keeping the site secure and working (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for email marketing without your separate consent and we never sell it.

We rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf, strictly for the purposes above: Vercel Inc. (hosting and aggregated traffic statistics), Resend (sending the emails from the form, on servers in the European Union) and Cyberfolks (hosting our mailbox). Each is bound by contract to protect the data and use it only on our instructions.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Otherwise we do not pass your data to third parties, unless the law requires us to.

Requests that did not lead to an event are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Data related to an event we organised is kept for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting providers after a short period.

The site sets no cookies: no tracking, advertising or functional cookies. The language you choose is kept in the page address, not in a cookie.

To understand how the site is used we rely on Vercel Web Analytics, a service that counts visits and page events in aggregate, without cookies and without building visitor profiles.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us any time at the email address above; we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form has protections against automated submissions, and access to the mailbox that receives requests is protected by authentication. No transmission over the internet is entirely free of risk, but we apply measures reasonable for the size of our activity.

Our services involve alcoholic beverages and are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you learn that a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or providers change. The current version is the one published here, with the date of the last update shown above.
